According to the National Weather Service, a chance of rain and thunderstorms would continue overnight between Monday and Tuesday, giving way to a period of patchy fog before 9 a.m. Otherwise, forecasters are predicting a partly sunny day with a high near 80 degrees and a southwest wind 10 to 15 m.p.h.
