The Toms River Police Department will host a town-wide Neighborhood Watch meeting Thursday night, Sept. 1, at police headquarters.
The department said in an announcement that the event will give residents an opportunity to meet with police officers and discuss concerns and any questions they may have about their community.
“Learn what’s going on in your neighborhood and around town,” the announcement said.
The department will be hosting similar meetings on the first Thursday of each month. The meeting will be held at police headquarters, 255 Oak Avenue, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
