With a high of 64 degrees Thursday, the sun shone brightly, and there were even one or two beach chairs spotted at the ocean. Along the bay, the few boaters who are lucky enough to still have their vessels in the water went for a ride, and we caught the tail end of daylight on this mild, “spring” December night.
