One New Jersey Lottery ticket matched five of the five white balls drawn for the Saturday, July 4, drawing of the multi-state Powerball lottery game, winning the $1,000,000 second-tier prize.
The winning ticket from Saturday night’s drawing was sold at Luigi Market Inc., 424 Dover Road, South Toms River.
The winning numbers for the Saturday, July 4, drawing were: 16, 21, 27, 60, and 61. The Red Power Ball number was 06. The Multiplier number was 02.
According to state lottery officials, 17,926 New Jersey players took home an estimated $93,234 in prizes ranging from $4 to $200. The Powerball jackpot rolls to $69,000,000 for the next drawing to be held Wednesday, July 8, at 10:59 p.m.
