Toms River’s annual curbside Christmas tree pickup service will start next week, officials said.
Residents should place their Christmas trees on the curb, and pickup will be held between Jan. 21 through Jan. 31. After that date, all Christmas trees must be brought to the township recycling center at 1672 Church Road.
The township is also collecting trees for recycling at several drop-off points through January. Those points include:
- Skyview Park (Vaughn Avenue)
- Riverwood Park (Riverwood Avenue)
- Silverton Park (Maine Street)
- Bayside Park (Bay Blvd., Ortley)
- Bey Lea Park (Tennis Court and Parking Lot)
- Chadwick Beach Park (Strickland Blvd.)
- Money Island Park (Longfellow Avenue)
- Winding River Park – South (Off Rt. 37 West)
- Toms River Township Recycling Center (Church Road)
