Police in Toms River are seeking the help of the public in their investigation into the use of stolen credit cards at township stores.
Police released a surveillance camera image of the woman Thursday. He is accused of allegedly used stolen credit cards to purchase in excess of $2,000 worth of items, including gift cards, from Target on Hooper Avenue in Toms River.
