A man was caught on video stealing from a church collection box after breaking in, according to Toms River police.
Police are attempting to identify the man, pictured with this story, who is wanted for questioning in reference to a burglary which occurred Sept. 3 at the Christ Episcopal Church on Washington Avenue.
