The Toms River branch of the Ocean County Library will expand its hours beginning June 1, officials announced Wednesday.
The Brick branch will operate Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Other local branches also will have expanded hours, including:
- Brick, Berkeley and Manchester: Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Point Pleasant Borough: Monday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Point Pleasant Beach and Bay Head Reading Center: Monday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Upper Shores (Lavallette): Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
