Richard Davis, 66, of Lakehurst, is lodged in the Ocean County Jail pending a detention hearing. According to a statement from prosecutors, Lakehurst Police were contacted Aug. 20 by a concerned parent regarding an adult male touching himself inappropriately in front of his two children who were playing in their yard at their residence in Lakehurst.
