Toms River Property to be Divided Into 24 Lots

A Toms River property owner has been granted permission to subdivide a plot of land into 24 separate lots.

All of the new lots will be residential, according to planning board documents associated with 1209 Church Road LLC, the named owner of the property. The LLC, according to public records, is based at a home in Monroe Township owned by Samuel and Sandra Feldmus.

The township’s planning board granted the application at its Jan. 17 meeting.
