Toms River Man Arrested for Imitation Firearm, Marijuana

A Toms River man was arrested Thursday for carrying an imitation firearm and possessing marijuana, police said.

Robert M. Nunn, 21 was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of an imitation firearm following a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 and New Bedford Road in Wall Township, said Wall Police Lt. Greg Carpino.

After arrest processing, he was released on a complaint summons with a pending court date, Carpino said.
